Your culinary education goes global with this international online cooking class from Chef Davide. Teaching live from just outside Rome, Italy, Chef Davide will share his expertise in authentic Italian cooking. You'll explore the flavors of the ocean as you create a creamy Alfredo risotto and a rich, herby vegetable broth with root vegetables. A hand-churned gelato flavored with dark chocolate and peppered with chopped nuts is a perfect lesson in preparing indulgent Italian desserts.

This class was super fun! I did it together with my 18 year old son and we both were excited to learn how to make pasta from scratch. Chef Davide was able to provide very clear instructions, check our work and walk us through everything step by step. I didn't understand before the class got started that the recipe was just for one person, so I wasn't completely prepared to double the recipe so that we'd have enough for both of us. Chef Davide was also great about answering questions along the way. But it worked out well and the food was delicious. Thank you to Chef Davide for his patience!

Chef Davide was great! Super helpful. He guided us through the recipes. The pasta and sauces were delicious. The ravioli was great, but next time I'll use half the amount of lemon zest. My 12 yo daughter had a great time cooking with me. I would recommend Class Pop and Chef Davide.

My husband and I took this class with Davide. I have more experience cooking than my husband but I still learned something new. I highly suggest reading the recipes first and having everything ready to go. The food we made was awesome and my husband and I had a great Monday night. Thanks Davide!

We enjoyed the class a lot! Chef Davide was great! I think the sauce could be better, seemed weird to be making our own noodles and then using canned tomatoes for the sauce. But overall it was an awesome experience, a great birthday gift for a friend!

Chef Davide’s homemade Italian meal was fantastic! He was a very good teacher. He didn’t make it too complicated, so anyone could do it. Besides that, the dishes we made were delicious! I would definitely recommend chef davide.

We had a fantastic time as a family making homemade fettuccini and ravioli! Chef Davide was very clear in the instructions and moved at a pace which was easy for us to follow. We appreciated the number of elements we made in this class and being able to adjust the portions to our family size was nice. We look forward to taking another class from Chef Davide again soon!

Chef Davide was an amazing teacher. My boyfriend and I had a fantastic time learning how to make pasta by hand. We did it again the next night to make sure we could replicate it, and we did! I would highly recommend. We did a virtual class and he did a great job even though we were in our own kitchen~!
