Virtual Cooking Class: Comforting Hygge-Inspired Danish Cuisine

Discover the Danish concept of hygge, a cozy sense of being and environment that can be felt especially well through the comfort and fellowship of food. 

During this interactive virtual cooking class, Chef Daniel will share his favorite hygge-inspired recipes, including a beetroot and kale salad with apple-mustard vinaigrette, baked cod with apples and green olives, and cauliflower rice with smoked paprika, spicy sausage and parsley. You can share the concept of hygge in your own kitchen with these tips, techniques and recipes.
