Online Cooking Class: Plant-Based Thai Classics

In this interactive online cooking class, Chef Stacy will guide you step-by-step as you prepare a menu inspired by the flavors and textures of Thai cuisine. Explore unique ingredients, flavor profiles and techniques of classic Thai cooking with a modern twist. Begin with a refreshing Thai lime iced tea followed by a lesson in making glass noodle soup with fresh vegetables and silky tofu. For the main course, enjoy a Thai classic, fragrant Panang curry and rice. Finish the meal with handmade banana spring rolls with crunchy toasted coconut flakes.


This plant-based menu can be modified to be gluten free upon request

Thai Lime Iced Tea

Hi. I liked the recipes but the prep instructions were vague especially when it came to the eggplant and zucchini. Too many recipes and not enough time to do it all well. It was a mad rush and that's not fun from my perspective.
