In this virtual cooking class, you'll learn to prepare a trio of delicious world-famous tapas combinations using fresh ingredients to recreate treasured recipes from Spain. The selections you’ll create include a classic omelet studded with potatoes and onions, Spanish toast with tomatoes and jamón Ibérico, and Gilda with anchovies, olives and guindilla peppers.
