Online Cooking Class: Plant-Based Meets Fast Food

In this interactive online cooking class with Chef Carlos, you'll learn the secret to making delicious and healthy plant-based versions of popular fast-food fare. To start, you'll whip up a handmade fried plantain pizza topped with melty vegan cheese, tomatoes and vegetables. Then, you'll create a batch of fried mushroom "wings" featuring fiery spices and tender, lightly fried oyster mushrooms before digging into your plant-based feast!

We were given good instructions and had a good view of his workspace. There were a few times I think he meant to come off as joking but it was rather rude.
