Across four courses, you'll explore exciting Mexican meals made with meat-free and dairy-free ingredients. Recreate restaurant classics with a healthier twist, like organic vegan nachos with homemade cashew cheese, refreshing romaine salad with tangy lime-cilantro vinaigrette and savory vegan enchilada pie with sweet potatoes or an option to add chicken. For dessert, indulge in a rich vegan Mexican chocolate mousse with avocado, dates, cacao powder, cinnamon, sea salt and coconut sugar.

Chef Telah was fun and informative! Her class kept me intrigued and entertained! Her knowledge and experience in the food industry was apparent but her fun and unique personality made the class enjoyable and memorable.
