Cooking Class: Homemade Pasta Dinner

Prepare a classic Italian dinner complete with homemade pasta in this cooking class from Chef Roger. From choosing the right flour to the proper method for kneading and cutting your noodles, he'll make sure you have everything you need to do it right! You'll create fresh pasta and turn it into a satisfying beef and pork Bolognese. You'll also prepare a salad of fresh greens dressed with a homemade vinaigrette and a side of spinach and mushrooms. For dessert, bake up a round of classic chewy Italian cookies.

Chef Roger is a professional through and through. He is a seasoned cooking instructor and anyone who works with him can tell! His teaching style is very approachable and he takes time to explain helpful techniques that will definitely help me in my own cooking for years to come.
