Cooking Class: Al Fresco Paella Fresh From Valencia

Join Chef Tillo on a culinary cruise through the Mediterranean region of Valencia, Spain. You'll kick off this flavorful class by learning to make tapas with cordobesa salad and mussels. Next, you'll prepare paella with rice, savory saffron, chicken and pork.
