Across five courses, you'll dive into the art of sushi from slicing to rolling ingredients to perfecting sticky rice. Iconic rolls you'll learn how to handcraft include savory salmon donburi, authentic mini soy-sesame glazed spam musubi, classic nigiri sushi and refreshing maki rolls with spicy tuna, salmon, shrimp tempura and vegetables. For dessert, you'll prepare a thick and gooey Japanese bread pudding with brioche, heavy cream, milk, eggs, ginger and berry compote.
