The best of old and new Japanese cuisine come together in this in-person cooking class from Chef Christmas. She shares her expertise in traditional Japanese cooking to help you create this unique dining experience. You'll prepare your choice of chilled tofu or baked oysters as an appetizer and a fresh salad with carrot-ginger dressing. Whip up a strawberry mousse palate cleanser before creating an entrée of sweet and spicy edamame with either beef yakitori or stir fry. Finish your lesson with a Castella cake with fresh berries for dessert.

Great with my granddaughter. The donut was too much rice for the amount of salmon and vegetables. Gave cash tip that day.

The kids enjoyed the class very much. Everything was delicious but the soup was a little spicy for a couple kids. Easy to adjust. Very professional
