You'll learn new techniques and cooking tips across three courses of original foods specific to the Pacific Northwest region. First, you'll begin by preparing a delightfully bitter frisée salad paired with fresh sweet peas. For your main course, you'll learn how to create a perfectly crisp and seared salt and pepper halibut with sweet corn beurre blanc. Treat your taste buds to an exciting dessert chosen by the chef.

Chef Robert is amazing. His wife helped film. It allowed us to see what the chef was doing. He covered many things in the kitchen. I learned SO much!!
