Cooking Class: Cooking Vegan Italian for Everyone

This hands-on cooking class will show you how easy it is to transform fresh vegetables and Italian staples into a vegan feast. Chef Dorothy will kick things off with a tutorial for bruschetta with homemade French bread, tomatoes and spices. 


Next, you'll create a twirl-worthy bowl of pasta using handmade linguine, roasted vegetables and plenty of herbs. A crisp butter lettuce, radish and tomato salad tossed with Italian vinaigrette makes for the perfect accompaniment. Finally, end the class by baking a warm batch of classic Italian anise cookies drizzled with sweet vegan icing.
