You'll explore seasonal pico de gallo, learn how to bake fresh tilapia in tomatillo sauce and slow-cook citrusy carnitas to tender perfection. The entire experience is gluten-free and dairy-free, with vegan options available. To top it all off, you’ll whip up a luscious vegan mini chocoflan made with coconut milk and chocolate. Handmade Cactus Tortillas
With nopale cactus, corn, flax seed, cilantro and green onion

With red onion, vinegar, sugar, thyme, garlic and beet
