Everyone loves pasta, but not everyone knows how to make it from scratch. In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Taciana will teach you how to do exactly that.
Begin by combining flour, eggs, oil and salt to create a dough. Next, turn that dough into flat ribbons of tagliatelle pasta by mixing, cutting and shaping your dough. Finally, pair your fresh pasta with a hearty Bolognese sauce made of beef, tomatoes, garlic, balsamic vinegar and onion.

Chef Taciana’s passion for all things culinary has landed her in a variety of positions over the years. She’s worked as a line cook, station chef and kitchen manager, as well as working in hotels, fast-casual restaurants, upscale private dining spaces and yacht clubs.
