Create a colorful, classic Japanese dish in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Arian will be your culinary guide as you practice knife skills and learn all about expert flavor pairing.
You'll create classic poke bowls in this class where each dish features a celebration of fresh ingredients and complementary textures and flavors. After learning to make the perfect sushi rice as a base, you'll choose from a tempting array of delectable ingredients like fresh tuna, shrimp, crunchy seaweed salad, crisp cucumber and more. Get creative and enjoy a fulfilling meal!
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase alcoholic beverages from the venue to enjoy during the class.

So much fun. The food was fresh and delicious. Ari did a great job explaining the process and walked around helping us all. I habe a new found respect for sushi chefs. It is an art for sure.
