Cooking Class: Make Tantalizing Tacos Paired With Beer

Turn a Tuesday night treat into a dinner you can enjoy any night of the week in this taco-centered cooking class. Chef Malik provides everything you'll need to turn out an order of these Tex-Mex favorites whenever the craving strikes. You'll learn techniques for seasoning beef shoulder with lager, lime juice and warm spices and creating a carne asada brimming with flavor. Then, use it to fill homemade corn tortillas and create the tacos of your dreams.
