Cooking Class: Make an Assortment of French Macarons

Make a versatile hazelnut and almond flour shell as a base for your macarons. Then, create a rich dark chocolate filling highlighted by sweet passionfruit. You'll also create a seasonal fruit curd filling as Chef Ashley guides you along the way. Make classic salted caramel filling unique with miso and black sesame sprinkled in. Then, fill your macarons with your chosen fillings to create an impressive spread of sweet treats.

Chef Ashley's passion for cooking and wanting to unite people through food truly shows in her dishes. She is enjoyable to learn from and has so much to share. She also stands out from other chefs since she has formal training and pastry and chocolates. I highly recommend her if you are in the area.
