Cooking Class: Make a Healthy Mediterranean Menu

Learn to make a menu of healthy classics in this Mediterranean-themed cooking class. Chef Andy will guide you in combining fresh ingredients to create delectable flavor profiles. 


Whip up creamy homemade hummus with garbanzo beans and tahini for a staple recipe you'll recreate all the time. You’ll also make a crisp mixed green salad with refreshing cucumbers, flavorful onions and a tasty Greek vinaigrette. Chef Andy will teach you the art of making tender chicken kabobs with roasted bell peppers and tomatoes served over perfectly fluffy rice. For dessert, enjoy yogurt topped with delightful berries and crunchy pistachios.
