Enjoy a lesson in Asian food favorites prepared for diners on a gluten-free diet in this eye-opening in-person cooking class from Chef Harold. He'll teach you tips and tricks for creating classic Asian dishes that don't skimp on flavor.


Start by preparing classic tom yum soup with bright lemongrass and sassy chili flavor. Then, create restaurant-worthy drunken noodles peppered with chicken, shrimp and lobster, and grill up chicken yakitori topped with a homemade gluten-free sauce that's better than takeout. For dessert, slice a selection of seasonal tropical fruits for a refreshing salad to close your lesson.

This was a really great experience. Chef Harold does an excellent job of explaining the task at hand, giving instructions, and demonstrating pristine presentation. The food was delicious. I would highly recommend the class!
