Get the best lesson in freshly-made pasta with this cooking class led by Chef Bobby. You'll get to learn an expert's tips and authentic methods for making perfect pasta by hand. After you master the art of making and shaping pasta dough, you'll discover a hearty marinara sauce recipe simmering with bold flavors and delicious tradition. Chef Bobby is well trained in Italian cooking techniques and is ready to share his expert knowledge with you.
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Robert is a talented chef who had training in Italy learning things such as homemade pasta making. He has a sense of humor that makes his classes very enjoyable to be a part of. A great piece of advice I learned from him was to invest in several cookbooks and try new things! He gave me the confidence I needed to explore more in the kitchen.
Chef Robert’s passion for cooking has led him on many culinary pursuits throughout his career, the pinnacle of which was training in Italy for four months where he learned authentic techniques for pasta making and other rustic Italian cooking techniques. He now hopes to bring his own joy of cooking to others through immersive cooking classes and private chef experiences.
