To start this class with a bang, you'll learn to expertly roll crunchy shrimp sushi, a crowd favorite. You’ll practice the traditional methods for making Mongolian beef or chicken simmered with a colorful array of fresh vegetables. Chef Anwar will also help you master making classic Asian rice and lo mein noodles for perfectly cooked side dishes. To end this class, make coconut sushi with a sweet, fruity twist for dessert.
