Embrace your inner Julia Child with this French-inspired cooking class led by Chef Doug. A culinary artist, Chef Doug incorporates traditional French cooking techniques with some delicious modern twists for an updated take on a French countryside meal.
Begin by learning to make a useful French staple: choux pastry. You'll use that to craft pillowy soft cheese puffs before you whip up cult-classic boeuf bourguignon alongside the creamiest mashed potatoes you've ever had. End the experience with île flottante, a personal favorite of Julia's, consisting of seasonal fruit and delicate meringue atop a creamy custard.

So much fun and info. I am Japanese and have never made a turkey. The chef (doug) was so fun and helpful. we make Thanksgiving. I recommend!
