Bring exceptional Chinese culinary traditions to your home table with help from Chef Wen in this in-person cooking class. You'll learn authentic techniques as you create regional specialties that transform wholesome ingredients into magical dishes.
In this lesson, you'll toss together a sweet and sour cucumber salad flavored with a vinegar and spice dressing before creating a mouthwatering five-spice tofu entrée with vegan fried rice on the side. For dessert, whip up a batch of traditional sweet red bean paste dumplings.
