Begin with a classic scallion pancake with a tangy dipping sauce. Next, you will learn how to make savory bulgogi beef with traditional oi muchim and gamja jorim, small side dishes that complement the meat with vibrant flavor and zest. Finish the meal with baesuk, an elegant and refreshing dessert made of peaches braised with matcha and honey.
