Cooking Class: Bring Korean Barbecue to Your Kitchen

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Greg will show you how to prepare various dishes that you'd find at an authentic Korean barbecue. Begin with a classic scallion pancake with a tangy dipping sauce. Next, you will learn how to make savory bulgogi beef with traditional oi muchim and gamja jorim, small side dishes that complement the meat with vibrant flavor and zest. Finish the meal with baesuk, an elegant and refreshing dessert made of peaches braised with matcha and honey.

Our experience with Chef Greg was fantastic! We had a great time learning new techniques and trying out ingredients we’ve never used before.
