Join Chef Manjiri to master the art of savory Indian vegetarian dishes. In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Manjiri will begin with healthy spinach raita drizzled with tangy lemon juice and peanuts, and a hearty Rājmā with kidney beans, tomatoes, onion and Indian spices. Next, you'll prepare a fresh green peas pulao featuring basmati rice and Indian spices. End class on a sweet note with an authentic ras malai with condensed milk, sweet milk balls and cardamom; an Indian classic.

Chef Manjiri was fantastic! She was very considerate and flexible with scheduling. The food was delicious and she made cooking easy and fun. I’d definitely urge to take her classes!
