Cooking Class: Father's Day Wagyu Spread

Learn how to prepare wagyu steak just in time for Father's Day with this hands-on Japanese cooking class. You'll learn how to make several dishes featuring this versatile cut of meat with the guidance of Chef Harold. 


First, you'll make savory egg drop soup before rolling up a wagyu hand roll with sushi rice and avocado. Then it's time to make wagyu sushi sandwiches with special Japanese mayo. Yakisoba noodles are next on the menu, then round out the meal by learning how to make ube rice cakes with a decadent chocolate ganache.

We loved the experience of having Chef Harold come teach us about Wagyu and cook with us. He arrived promptly at 11 and got right to work with preparations. We had so much fun and SO much food! He involved us in the cooking and prep work but had all the ingredients ready to go. It could not have been better. Food was tasty and the experience was both fun and entertaining.

Tasty food and fun experience but needed to be more hands on and instructive. The link to the recipe isn't working for me so it wasn't kinda all for nothing
