Cooking Class: Shaping Sardinian Pasta

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef James teaches you tips and techniques from time-honored Sardinian pasta-making traditions. Learn to make a variety of classic pasta shapes from start to finish. Then, pair your favorite pasta shapes with a savory marinara sauce featuring the classic combination of tomatoes, garlic and basil.


Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

The chefs did not show up to the venue after one hour had passed. The venue was attempting to reach him and finally made contact after 40 minutes saying they were on their way. We decided to leave after an hour waiting, and I hope the company gives a refund.
