This cooking class will take your taste buds to the streets of Tokyo as you follow Chef Melissa's expert instruction for preparing casual recipes. Start with a miso soup filled with the goodness of clams, wakame and tofu. Next is oyakodon, a traditional dish with chicken, eggs, rice and onions. You'll then prepare perfect pillows of spicy tuna onigiri with nori, scallions and sushi rice. Finish with a refreshing cucumber salad topped with a tangy vinegar dressing and salty bonito flakes.

Chef Melissa provided an experience that was quite unique. A mixture of culinary, conversations, philosophy and of course fun. She made us fell welcome and felt more like a dinner party with friends, even though we were all complete strangers before hand. Highly recommend.
