To begin, you'll toss together a fresh salad of peppery arugula with pecorino cheese, cherry tomatoes and a vinaigrette. Then it's time to craft spinach and ricotta ravioli by hand, which you'll serve with a spicy tomato sauce. Next, it's time to get creative with your favorite pizza toppings to make your own handmade signature pizza. Dessert is a classic savory-sweet Italian olive oil cake.
