Cooking Class: Sushi and Steak Favorites

Chef Chericia is ready to share all the skills needed to create your favorite Japanese cuisine in this exciting cooking class. You'll start by preparing spicy tuna and dynamite sushi rolls filled with sliced vegetables and seared fish or steak. Next comes a kale and ginger salad topped with a tangy sesame dressing. Your main entrée is a steak filet or fresh fish atop a bed of crab-fried rice and vegetables. Dessert is a refreshing homemade green tea ice cream.

Chef Cece was amazing! She made sure everyone in our class had a chance to try each technique she demonstrated, and she made sure everyone had fun. I can't wait to take another class with her.
