If you're ready to take on more advanced sushi preparation, this is a cooking class you won't want to miss. Chef Made Master shares tips on different types of sushi as well as expert techniques for slicing, wrapping and rolling innovative plates of sushi. You'll prepare sushi made with salmon, tuna and teriyaki using techniques such as the sunflower roll, California roll and rainbow roll. Create a colorful sashimi salad to accompany these perfect rolls of nori, rice and fish.

We had an amazing experience at the chef’s home — from beginning to end. The chef created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, The class was perfectly paced, with a great balance of participation and savoring the moment. The food was authentic, unique, and top-notch. It was such a special and memorable experience for my daughter and I.

I attended Chef Made's ramen ramen cooking class, and it was an incredible experience! The class was a surprise birthday present for my boyfriend, who loves to cook and has always wanted to learn to cook ramen Chef Made is not only exceptionally knowledgeable about his craft, but also kind, engaging, and a joy to converse with. Chef Made's approachable teaching style and willingness to answer all our questions made the experience truly enjoyable. After the class, we were so inspired that we went straight to H Mart to buy the ingredients to make our own ramen at home!

This was such a fun and great experience, amazing food with chef Made! He goes above and beyond to make your experience something to always remember. You are able to work directly with the master chef Made and learn how to cook delicious Thai food. Very Highly recommended!

Chef Made was a great instructor and really great with the kids too! The sushi came out amazing and there was plenty for us to have a full dinner. He answered all our questions along the way and we got some great photos too. Thanks again Chef Made!

He was very nice and helpful in presenting the class and answering questions. Given the price and it being over Zoom, we were very pleased with the experience and information we got out of it!

I would rate 0 stars if I could, because this chef did not even show up to our class. I spoke to him prior letting him know it was a special class for Father's Day, and we waited on his Zoom link for hours while it said "Waiting for the host to start the meeting". We even reached out to him asking if he was still teaching the class and there was no response. Somehow I was still charged for this, but I am trying to get a full refund. Extremely unprofessional and sad, this was supposed to be a fun class for me and my dad.

Chef Made created such a fun experience around making sushi! We learned a lot about the art and had fun getting our hands sticky. The ingredients were super fresh and our lopsided (oops!) sushi rolls were delicious. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
