If you're ready to take on more advanced sushi preparation, this is a cooking class you won't want to miss. Chef Made Master shares tips on different types of sushi as well as expert techniques for slicing, wrapping and rolling innovative plates of sushi. You'll prepare sushi made with salmon, tuna and teriyaki using techniques such as the sunflower roll, California roll and rainbow roll. Create a colorful sashimi salad to accompany these perfect rolls of nori, rice and fish.

This was such a fun and great experience, amazing food with chef Made! He goes above and beyond to make your experience something to always remember. You are able to work directly with the master chef Made and learn how to cook delicious Thai food. Very Highly recommended!
