Enjoy a dinner of small bites full of flavor with this traditional Spanish tapas cooking class. You'll learn how to create several small dishes full of personality and unique flavor. For the first tapa on the menu, you'll prepare pork chorizo meatballs and serve them with a smoky tomato sauce. Then listen to shrimp sizzle as you pan fry a batch of gambas a ajillo with a zing of fresh garlic. For your final savory tapa, top grilled bread with piquillo peppers and Manchego cheese. Whip up miniature flans for a small yet mighty dessert.
