In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Sarah will teach you the fundamental techniques and processes to build a traditional Thai green curry. Practice your knife skills while building layers of flavor and aromatics in this bright and comforting dish. Pair your creamy curry with tender and fluffy jasmine rice for an authentic Thai meal.

My partner and I had the best time at Chef Sarah's class! It was a great mix of learning, hands-on work, and socializing with others enjoying the class. The turnout was also amazing! Definitely a recipe I will be recreating at home :)
