Delicate pillowy gnocchi will be the star of this hands-on cooking class as you learn to prepare it with traditional methods and modern flavors. Chef Joshua will pass along all of his expert culinary tips and techniques to you as you learn to make gnocchi and a delightful sauce.

You will start the class by using potato, flour and eggs to hand-mix, shape and cut the gnocchi dough to create the base of your dish. Next, Chef Joshua will teach you how to make a savory lemon sauce flavored with a smoky dry-cured ham. Stir your fresh gnocchi into the sauce and top with parsley and Parmesan before enjoying this classic Italian dish.

Great hands on learning while sipping cocktails with friends/family. Chef Josh has a great personality, was very kind and patient with us while we learned to mix and roll dough for the first time :)

I think there needed to be more help. People had to wait there turn while others had started. The instructor did not have enough flour, so we all had to wait 30 minutes while someone had to run to the store. Don't get me wrong, the class was a lot of fun, but we wouldn't do this again. Sorry 💝

The chef was knowledgeable and kind. The class was casual and fun. I would definitely go again, however we never got the recipe. If the chef could come mail it to us that eWorld be awesome because I would love to make the recipe again!

Chef Josh was more than terrific. Before and during the class he kept us interested while sharing his knowledge. We learned gnocchi making and many other ‘hints’ in cooking. I highly recommend him as a chef teacher. I hope to attend another of his classes. (We tipped him at the class)

Chef Joshua Elias is an amazing person. My sister and I had a blast taking his class. We loved learning how to make Chorizo tacos from scratch and listening to his stories. I 100% recommend his class and it’s such a great way to destress from a long week or day. I plan to bring my husband to one of his classes!
