This fun cooking class is perfect for chocolate lovers, as you’ll handcraft a variety of luxurious chocolate treats under the guidance of Chef Stacey. She’ll teach you how to temper, flavor and shape chocolate into sophisticated desserts. You’ll first prepare a red wine truffle, made with silky chocolate ganache and rolled into cocoa powder. Next, you’ll craft a beloved Brazilian treat, brigadeiro, made with condensed milk and coated in chocolate sprinkles. Finally, you’ll indulge in a tempered chocolate bonbon, filled with smooth and creamy salted caramel.

I’ve been trying to make macaroons from youtube but my shells never turned out right. Chef Stacey is a great teacher, fun and super descriptive with her instructions. I learned so much and I would definitely recommend her class.
