Cooking Class: Plant-Based Taco Time

Learn the secrets to making a healthier version of some fast-food favorites as you prepare plant-based tacos in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Eliza. She'll teach you exciting new skills and techniques, including the art of hand pressing tortilla dough from scratch! After making homemade masa tortillas, you'll prepare all the delicious (and secretly healthy) fillings for some spice-roasted sweet potato tacos before whipping up two flavor-packed, vegan dips: warm cashew cream sauce and fresh guacamole. You'll also make a refreshing pineapple mint agua fresca to enjoy with your Mexican feast.

We had a fabulous night with great people and great food! Chef Eliza gave us much information and showed us how to use the tools we needed to prepare the food. She was patient and upbeat and informative. 10 stars if I could!
