You'll prepare tiramisu with light and fluffy ladyfingers and topped with mascarpone cream and espresso simple syrup. Next is a strawberry roulade made with fresh strawberries and cream that you'll use to cover ladyfingers. Finish with edible chocolate decorations you can take home to share or enjoy yourself.

Prior to her current endeavor, Chef Stacey built extensive pastry experience working as a pastry chef instructor for the country’s largest hands-on cooking class program, a lead pastry chef and a lead cake decorator.
