To begin, you’ll prepare a bright and herbaceous apple and fennel salad. For the main dish, you’ll learn how to transform jackfruit into tender, smoky BBQ ribs paired with a side of garlic potatoes and charred vegetables. To finish the meal, you’ll make a sweet and nutty grilled peach crumble with praline pecans.

Chef Jenn is AWESOME! She is extremely knowledgeable and fun. She moves around the kitchen with such finesse and is an awesome guide. She is full of energy and great recipes!
