In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Tess, guests will learn the foundations of Thai cuisine. With an option to make this class vegan or vegetarian, this inclusive experience will teach you the basics of popular Thai dishes including a bold green curry with vegetables and Thailand's national dish, a classic Pad Thai. Using traditional ingredients such as lemongrass, papaya and coconut, you will learn to combine the flavors and textures signature of this vibrant cuisine.

Now, Chef Tess focuses her passion for food by teaching people how to cook simple and satisfying food. She's also been part of a talk show series on YouTube called "Good Mythical Morning."
