Join Chef Lisa on a decadent adventure into the artistry of classic French desserts in this interactive cooking class. You'll use age-old techniques to create three traditional French recipes. Using fresh milk, eggs and cream, you'll prepare chocolate pots de crème, crème caramel and a custard crêpe cake. Dairy free and gluten free substitutions are available upon request as well. You can then use these techniques to impress your friends and family at your next gathering or family dinner.

Chef Lisa worked with my daughter and a friend to create delicious gluten free savory and sweet pies. The food itself was superb. Lisa was enthusiastic and personable and delivered a top quality experience. We would definitely participate again.

Chef Lisa pursued her deep-seated passion for food, cooking and nutrition by studying human foods and nutrition in college. With years of experience as an executive pastry chef at various resorts and hotels, and as a healthy eating specialist for a renowned grocery chain, she eventually launched her own culinary business. In her new venture, she guides individuals in exploring and discovering new foods, helping them improve their lives through better nutrition.
