This holiday season, rock the halls with a Mean Girls-inspired cooking class with Chef Jenn. She's put together a thematic meal you'll have a blast preparing. First, you'll make a savory version of Gretchen's "toaster strudel" with puff pastry, spinach, mushrooms and goat cheese. Then you'll prepare a tasty, cool grool polenta dish with vegetables. Lastly, you'll whip up some fetch chocolate Glen Coco cakes. Totally grool.

I enjoyed Chef Jenn's teaching style and the class, but I would have liked more variety in the ingredients offered. We were taught to make 3 or 4 different styles of sushi and everything was made out of the same two ingredients - avocado and smoked salmon. I don't like smoked salmon and that was the only fish offered, so I didn't eat anything I made. To me, sushi is primarily raw fish, and I was excited about enjoying the food.
