I really enjoyed my time with Chef John. Chef John prepared and demonstrated dishes with flavors that cannot be taught but learned through trial and error. I absolutely loved the goat cheese crostini and pan-seared scallops! The homemade hummus was an absolute treat and I am so excited to try it out at home for myself.
Chef John is a self-taught culinary expert who began his cooking adventures as a child, learning as he went. He cooked professionally for 10 years, becoming a head chef at the tender age of 21 before attending the Culinary Institute of America to refine his skills. Chef John has gathered 25 years of experience as a culinary professional, serving in various capacities as an executive chef and becoming a reputable teacher of aspiring cuisine enthusiasts.
