Get a taste of Italy in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Luana. Across four courses, you'll create classic bites straight from Italy's streets.
Chef Luana will guide you through the basics of mastering simple, yet stunning Italian brunch plates. First, you'll start with a fluffy frittata; a popular Italian egg-based dish similar to a quiche. Next, you'll try your hand at decadent torte rustiche; Italian savory tarts filled with various ingredients and a crisp crust. You'll also learn how to prepare soft and gooey bite-sized eggplant Parmigiana, perfect for snacking. Finish class with a sweet treat by preparing colorful fresh fruit tarts.

Chef Luana provided us such a great experience! It was my first time going to a cooking class and I have no cooking experience at all. She was very patient and even showed us how pasta was made in Italy before the advent of modern tools. She served us homemade Bruschetta for appetizer (so good!) The rest of the menu is: Spaghetti ragu Fettuccine mushroom and sausage Fruit salad for dessert Chef Luana took care of us and we had an amazing dinner experience. I would definitely recommend!

Chef Luana was so much fun! Lovely experience! Delicious food! Best pasta this side of Italy. We highly recommend bringing a bottle of wine and enjoying this class with family and friends. Would be great event for a day out or a someone with a serious interest in pasta making and Italian cuisine. We highly recommend chef Luana and her classes. Wish I knew how to leave a picture with this review! Cheers!

Chef Luana was a delight!! From beginning to end, we were eating delicious food with many ingredients imported straight from Italy. Her gnocchi class was so much fun and she made it easy for us novice cooks. We felt right at home in her kitchen and we certainly will be back to do more of her classes.

Chef Luana inherited her culinary passion from her grandmother. Born and raised in Italy, she found success as an entrepreneur after establishing a beachside restaurant in her home country while mastering the time-honored art of pizza oven cuisine. She is one of Italy’s precious few professional female pizza makers who utilizes wood-oven cookery. Chef Luana’s classes breathe new life into old-world recipes and traditional techniques as she passes her considerable knowledge to her students.
