Cooking Class: Northern Italian Classics
Chef Nick invites you on a journey to northern Italy in this hands-on cooking class.
You'll learn how to create an authentic Italian meal filled with tradition, flavor and fresh ingredients. Start with an antipasto salad with green olive tapenade, salami, bocconcini and fresh garlic bread. Next, you'll prepare gnocchi from scratch served alongside chicken all'arrabiatta with a tomato stew. Finish off this savory meal with sweet rounds of zeppole topped with homemade hot fudge.

AMMMMMMAAAAZING! Chef Nick was incredibly hospitable, professional and knowledgeable. He had all the ingredients portioned out and ready to show us how to cut, chop, mix, cook and serve a delicious three-course Thai dinner. He did an awesome job showing us the nuances involved with different ingredient prep and how to make sure everything comes out perfect. Check him out!!!!

Chef Nick is an executive chef and culinary instructor well-versed in a variety of cuisines, including French, Italian and Thai. He began his culinary career in fine dining and has worked in three different Michelin-starred restaurants — one of which earned a star when he was part of the kitchen team. Chef Nick also has experience hosting highly-praised private dining events and catering for A-list celebrities in Los Angeles.
