Chef Laura will take you on a tour of Argentina creating decadent dishes bursting with unique tastes that are authentic to the country. Explore a variety of cooking techniques while creating crispy baked beef empanadas, hearty grilled steak with chimichurri sauce and earthy sautéed rainbow Swiss chard. For dessert, you'll end dinner with rich and creamy dulce de leche lava cakes.

Great experience! Chef Laura was amazing and a great teacher. She made the cooking so easy for us. Chef Laura was very knowledgeable, informative and constantly engaging with everyone in the class. She made everyone feel comfortable in her home. She also had everything planned and detail by packing all our left overs in nice containers and bags. The food She taught us to cook was delicious! Specially the dessert. Overall a great experience!

Chef Laura is very talented and her home and kitchen are perfect for teaching classes. We made a sugar cookie dough, royal icing and a chocolate ganache. Dulce de Le he was provide for decorating. Laura gave us good tips in how to roll out the dough and she taught us different techniques in decorating cookies. Everything was delicious!
