Join Chef Francesca as she shares her knowledge and culinary techniques with you and your significant other. In this in-person cooking class, you'll learn how to prepare a romantic Sardinian meal for two. You can choose your salad, entrée and dessert selections. Start with a cured meat and cheese tray followed by an arugula or a fennel salad. Learn how to make homemade tagliatelle carbonara or pistachio-crusted fish. Dessert is a classic tiramisu or creamy panna cotta.

Chef Francesca was born and raised in Sardinia, Italy, and discovered her passion for cuisine at an early age. Her greatest love is cooking traditional foods from her homeland using traditional techniques to create authentic homemade pastas, sauces and desserts.
