Cooking Class: Spectacular Sushi With a Sushi Chef

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Harold, you will learn an impressive array of both traditional and modern techniques, tips, tricks, and recipes to bring a spectacular sushi feast to the table. Chef Harold will demonstrate how to properly cook sushi rice and how to prepare fresh vegetables, such as how to julienne cucumbers, make decorative vegetable flowers, and thinly slice avocados. Not only will each and every one of your courses be absolutely delicious, they also may be (almost) too beautiful to eat!

Me fascino❤️❤️❤️❤️ Esta actividad fue algo inolvidable hasta el punto que lo queremos hacer OTRAVEz. Ash le encantó que la sorprendiera con este fantástico Chef de Sushi, sus amabilidades, su historial fue merecedor de aplausos y elogios por nuestra parte. La preparación de los platos fueron artísticos y deliciosos y suficiente para 5 personas aunque solo Lo contrate para que dos de nosotros aprendieran con el pero los 3 restantes comimos y gozamos cada minuto de sus lecciones y entremeses. Definitivamente los contrataremos en el futuro cercano. Raquel Sushi making for my son’s 16th birthday. I wasn’t so sure how it would turn out. Without a doubt and with zero reservation I can whole heartedly recommend Chef Harold’s Sushi making activity as the center piece of any teenage or adult birthday party or other celebratory occasion. Chef Harold had the perfect presentation. It was so well balanced. Chef was fun and entertaining, professional and thoughtful as well as educational. Most importantly the sushi recipes he prepared and taught the kids to prepare resulted in the best sushi we have ever tasted. It was distinctively fresh with subtle flavor enhancements I hadn’t experienced previously. As it turns out this is not just my opinion as a parent. Later in the day long after Chef Harold departed, my son asked. “ can we do that again with Chef Harold next year?” It was a great experience and we are looking forward to the next time we are able to utilize his services! Thank you Chef Harold for making the day even more special!

We absolutely had the best time with Chef Harold! He was so prepared and made us feel immediately relaxed. The sushi making was amazing and it was great to hear all his tips and tricks to get a good sushi roll. He also had so many interesting stories to tell! We can really recommend his class, we had a wonderful evening!!
