Begin the class by making a savory miso soup from scratch using miso paste to make the broth and filling the soup with tofu and green onions. Next, you'll learn the art of making sushi by hand. Practice your knife skills to chop fresh vegetables and learn to make seasoned sushi rice. Chef Taciana will teach you how to make California rolls, spicy tuna rolls and vegetable rolls and the techniques to hand-roll and slice each one into bite-sized pieces.
