Discover a hearty homestyle version of pasta and meatballs in
this hands-on class with Chef Aaron. You’ll learn traditional techniques and
use high-quality ingredients to prepare a three-course Italian menu that’s sure
to satisfy. Create polpette (small handcrafted meatballs) using pork and beef,
served with a flavor-forward romesco sauce made with roasted tomatoes and almonds. Then, learn all you’ll need to know to make silky ribbons of pasta
from scratch. Finish up with a touch of sweetness: Classic zeppole, topped
with freshly grated citrus zest and a rich dark chocolate sauce.
