Learn to prepare flavorful, satisfying dishes that keep your
heart health in mind in this hands-on cooking experience with Chef Nadina. First,
you’ll explore the nutritional benefits of the various types of omega-3s. Then, toss together a refreshing kale apple salad with lemon juice, dates and slivered almonds, before crafting an entrée of lemon dill salmon, seared shrimp and scallops,
served with a side of fresh vegetables. And because heart-healthy eating can include sweet, wholesome indulgences, finish up with a very special chocolate mousse
mini-cake.
